Who we serve

Built for people ready for a second chance.

Justice-impacted and returning citizens. We understand the barriers — legal, digital, social, and emotional — and we walk alongside participants as they navigate the path back to employment and independence.

Mentorship

No one walks this path alone.

Every Fresh Start participant is matched with a mentor who provides encouragement, accountability, and practical guidance. Our mentors include community leaders, formerly incarcerated professionals who have successfully reentered the workforce, and trained volunteers who believe in second chances.
